A blend of high grown Arabicas. We use Costa Rican, Monsoon Malabar, Fine Mexicans and Brazilian Santos. Viennese roasted for a supreme and robust flavor. "Bellisimo". Espresso is the fine art of forcing hot water, under pressure through finely ground coffee and is often how we begin our day at Unique Coffee.

Review:
For us some espresso beans are a bit light and don't have enough punch. Others that are extremely bitter are horrible. We like an in between bean that is very flavorful but NOT a biting bitterness. This brand and this roast are spot on and very enjoyable. Excellent!

Best espresso I've ever had. No unpleasant aftertaste, barely a hint of bitter, wonderful full, slightly sweet flavor - nice work!!
